At the end of this module you will have:

  • A better understanding of the types and indicators of financial abuse.
  • A better understanding of the need to try to communicate directly with the person affected by dementia, even when other people are doing most of the talking.
  • An understanding of the importance of knowing your organisation’s policy and procedures on financial abuse and an awareness of where to find additional information and support.
